About the role
The Manager of Preconstruction oversees all aspects of the preconstruction phase, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with clients and contractors.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the preconstruction phase, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with clients and contractors.
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors.
- Prepare and present project proposals and budgets to clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Schedule
