Manager of Physician Contracting

About the role

Select Medical is seeking a manager of physician contracting to join the corporate legal team at Select Medical’s headquarters in Mechanicsburg, PA. This individual will support the contract lifecycle management needs of a physician practice management business line.

Responsibilities

• Draft and facilitate the review of all contracts impacting the physician practice management business line.
• Manage the contract management database, including contract templates.
• Serve as a responsive, day‑to‑day resource for the business, helping keep contracts moving while escalating legal and regulatory questions to the supervising attorney.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of contract drafting and contract life cycle management experience.
• Strong academic background; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
