About the Opportunity:The Contract Manager is responsible for managing the complete contract lifecycle to ensure legal agreements align with strategic and operational goals. This role acts as a key liaison between sales, finance, and legal teams to facilitate negotiations and maintain accurate contract records. The position plays a critical role in managing risk, compliance, and contract consistency across the organization.3. Responsibilities:Perform initial reviews of contract redlines and addenda to identify deviations from standardsCoordinate escalations involving complex or high-risk legal matters for further reviewMaintain ownership of standard contract forms including SaaS agreements, partner agreements, and NDAsEnsure CRM and Salesforce systems are updated with contract details and negotiated termsReview data protection agreements and security-related legal documents for complianceOversee compliance with privacy, data security, and international legal requirements4. Requirements:3-5+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or paralegal roles, preferably in SaaS or tech environmentsProficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platformsAbility to review and negotiate legal terms balancing risk and business needsHigh accuracy in legal document review and data entryFamiliarity with data protection agreements and privacy complianceStrong communication skills to explain legal risks to stakeholders including finance and sales leadersAlignment with core values of teamwork, excellence, and integrity5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Base salary with eligibility for company performance bonus; total on-target earnings range from $90,000 to $100,000 annually401(k) and medical, dental, vision, short and long term disability, and life insurance6.
