Key Responsibilities
- Customer/Region Management: Manages intermediate accounts or regions, owning the contract throughout the lifecycle.
- Manage Contract Lifecycle: Oversees all phases of contract management from initiation and execution to renewal and termination, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Responsible for make whole request, flow down requirements. Mitigate Contractual Risks: Identifies potential risks within contracts and develops strategies to minimize exposure, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partners with internal teams and external partners to facilitate effective contract negotiations and resolve any contractual issues.
- Draft and Negotiate Contracts: Prepares, reviews, and negotiates contractual agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
