Manager of Multi F&B Outlet (Caesars New Orleans)

Responsibilities

• Manages the execution and detailing of all banquet functions to ensure delivery of an exceptional customer service experience.
• Manages and oversees the daily operations of Manning’s and Banquets.
• Maintains proper staffing levels to provide high standards of service.
• Maintains the appearance of food served and communicates deviations from standard.
• Administers controls to maintain economical and profitable standards.
• Co-manages the Banquet Beverage Team in conjunction with the Beverage Department.
• Supervises the Banquet Houseman and ensures proper movement and set-up of equipment.
• Creates and administers Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), trainings, and corrective discipline.
• Assigns daily tasks to staff to ensure successful guest experiences.
• Counsels, guides, and instructs personnel in the proper performance of their duties.
• Maintains and instructs assigned personnel on safety policies and procedures.
• Prepares and coordinates periodic performance reviews of assigned personnel.
• Acts as a role model and presents oneself as a credit to Caesars.

Qualifications

• College Degree in Hospitality/Business Management preferred.
• Preferred or equivalent years of industry-related experience.
• Strong managerial skills.
• Knowledge of banquet services and sales.
• Knowledge of food cost and labor analysis.
• Ability to train and motivate personnel.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Five years of experience in food service industry, minimum two years in Banquet/Catering function.
