About the Role

As the General Manager of F&B Outlets, you are a passionate food and beverage professional with extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry and a mastery of synergy within boutique hotels. You will oversee approachable yet elevated dining establishments, demonstrating exceptional leadership and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership from check-in to food service and daily operations oversight
• Oversee food and beverage across hotel spaces to maximize profits and guest experiences
• Maintain the highest standards of service and quality, including food production, equipment use, banquet service, room service, beverage service, restaurant service, and purchasing
• Lead, mentor, and train the Food & Beverage operations team
• Implement and monitor ordering and receiving programs to ensure proper quantity and pricing
• Act as an ambassador for IRHG, providing leadership and planning to all F&B departments to support service culture, operations, and guest satisfaction
• Deliver unique guest services that create memorable experiences and drive guest retention

Requirements

• 4+ years of successful restaurant management experience
• Passion for internal hospitality and alignment with our core values
• Strong problem-resolution skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
• Effective communication skills and ability to navigate important conversations
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
