Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all food and beverage outlets within the hotel, including Room Service, Coffee Bar, Lounge, Market, and Banquets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage outlet managers and staff to ensure attentive, friendly, courteous, and efficient service.
- Maintain and improve operational standards to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement strategies to continually increase sales revenues and surpass budget expectations.
- Monitor and control payroll and overhead costs to stay within budgeted targets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards across all outlets.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menus and promotional initiatives.
- Analyze financial reports and operational data to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment that encourages professional development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably within a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to increase sales and manage budgets effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service.
- Ability to analyze financial data and develop strategic plans.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
