About the role

The Manager of Medical Education Operations provides operational leadership for the Office of Medical Education, reporting to the Senior Associate Dean for Medical Education.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily office operations
• Supervises administrative staff
• Leads process improvement initiatives to support the effective delivery of medical education programs
• Ensures accreditation readiness
• Ensures regulatory compliance
• Ensures operational excellence
• Aligns with the Larner College of Medicine’s educational mission
• Leads cross‑functional operational planning
• Oversees data collection and analysis to support decision‑making and continuous quality improvement
• Collaborates with OME leaders, administrative, finance, and human resources partners to optimize resources and organizational effectiveness
• Maintains governance of approximately 100 medical student policies and procedures
• Oversees medical education web resources
• Leads complex projects that enhance program operations, communication, and service delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 2‑4 years of relevant experience, including experience in medical education, healthcare administration, or education
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience required
