Manager of Learning & Development

About the role

Alliance Animal Health is seeking a driven Manager of Learning & Development to support the execution of high-impact learning strategies. This role is instrumental in advancing a strong learning culture by supporting performance, retention, and leadership development across hospital and central support teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement training programs for Central Support Teams, Practice Managers, and Client Service Representatives.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions and workshops.
• Develop blended learning experiences including e-learning modules.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify organizational training needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development or training.
• Experience in a veterinary, healthcare, or service-based environment is strongly preferred.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise, Canva).
• Ability to travel up to 25% for training and team collaboration.
