Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate the food and beverage staff to ensure high standards of service and quality.
• Create and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in food and beverage management.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
