Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate the food and beverage staff to ensure high standards of service and quality.
- Create and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in food and beverage management.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
