Manager of Facilities - Hospital Services

Job Summary

Manager of Facilities performs a variety of duties related to the operation and maintenance of the physical plant, as well as other related tasks to ensure efficient daily operation of the Plant Operations Department. This person is also responsible to report all contract negotiations and contracts to the Chief Financial Officer.

Shift Detail

Monday - Friday, with after hours on-call for emergencies

Qualifications

• 5 years of related facilities experience required
• Bachelor's degree preferred, relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• Management experience preferred
• Vendor management experience preferred
• Fleet Management experience preferred
• Must be able to work with others, take direction and work varying hours
• Must have good organizational skills
• Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills required
• Computer proficiency
