Position Overview
The Manager of Facility Operations is responsible for planning, organizing, supervising, coordinating, and controlling the activities of the plant operations and maintenance functions. The activities are necessary in maintaining the physical structures, HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, utilities and grounds in an operative and safe working condition. Coordinate quality customer service activities, purchasing, payroll, and budgeting processes. Participate in the work activities of assigned teams through providing assistance, serving as the technical resource and participating in the work as a member of the team. Responsible for coordinating the delivery of high-quality services that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
Education and Experience Required
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 4 years of Maintenance Management Experience
Certifications and Licensures Required
- Valid and Current Driver’s License
