What You'll Do
- Lead and manage field crews across multiple service lines: commercial janitorial, apartment turns, facility maintenance, snow removal, and grounds
- Own client relationships — regular communication, site walkthroughs, issue resolution, and proactive updates
- Hire, train, schedule, and hold field staff accountable to performance and quality standards
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets scope and client expectations
- Cook up coordination with ownership on staffing, scheduling, and operational priorities
- Identify and escalate client concerns before they become problems
- Track job completion, supply usage, and crew productivity
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in facility services, commercial maintenance, janitorial, or a closely related field
- Demonstrated experience managing field crews and holding people accountable
- Strong client communication skills — you're comfortable owning a relationship, not just taking orders
- Organized and self-directed; able to manage multiple active accounts without close supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- Familiarity with apartment turnover operations and/or commercial building maintenance is a strong plus
