Responsibilities
- General responsibility of the Electrical Construction Section Manager, overseeing all aspects of electrical construction activities.
- Schedule Management & Monitoring:
- Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules and milestones for all phases, including underground, building, electrical construction, commissioning, and completion.
- Track project milestones and ensure timely execution of electrical systems.
- Monitor progress, report deviations from the schedule, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
- Perform milestone schedule updates, electrical system commissioning, and QA/QC tasks, while communicating adjustments to relevant teams.
- Risk Management & Problem Solving:
- Identify and assess potential scheduling risks.
- Observe and address unforeseen scheduling conflicts or delays.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Support engineering, construction teams, and contractors by implementing trackable construction KPIs, tracking logs, and holding subcontractors accountable for their actual progress.
- Inform management of the current project plan and provide accurate updates.
- Education:
- Minimum: M.S. Degree in a relevant field with Electrical Power System specialization.
- Technical Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in the U.S. in electrical construction for the semiconductor industry or other large-scale industrial construction.
- Familiarity with project software tools such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, Microsoft Project, and data analysis software like Excel.
- Proficiency in reporting tools, including PowerPoint and Word.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Knowledge of semiconductor facility electrical construction or high-tech manufacturing power system commissioning is preferred.
- Understanding of Arizona local construction regulations and practices is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt priorities and responsibilities based on business needs.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills to work effectively under pressure.
