About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage two to three department managers and approximately twenty-five field staff, with an anticipated growth of up to fifty staff members.
- Monitor departmental KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Track departmental financials such as overtime and PTO usage.
- Oversee service hours to prevent budget overages.
- Report directly to the Executive Director and senior leadership partners while maintaining overall accountability for departmental performance through effective delegation and leadership.
- Manage the ADL and DSA departments with full responsibility for compliance, financial tracking, staff management, policy implementation, and revenue generation.
- Oversee referral development and participant intake processes to ensure a steady flow of new business.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding by introducing staff to participants.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2+ years of people management experience, preferably in social services or IDD field.
- College degree or equivalent proven experience required.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Bilingual in Spanish a major plus but not required.
Qualifications
- A strict eye for detail is crucial in this role.
- Strong interpersonal skills will help you thrive here, as you’ll work alongside department managers, field staff, case workers, participants, and Oregon state regulatory bodies.
- The team is looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, strong emotional intelligence, and an ability to maintain a cool head in otherwise stressful scenarios.
