Primary Responsibilities
- Covers coordination and completion of assigned projects to support company objectives
- Oversees patient eligibility, service planning, and staff supervision
- Enforces administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies to ensure compliance with regulations
- Improves agency profitability and motivates and retains qualified staff
- Serves as a liaison between management and other departments
Required Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure with 1+ years supervisory/administrative experience in home healthcare or related field
- Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, or public transportation
- Preferred: Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Home care experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication, writing, and organizational skills

Pay and Benefits
Pay is based on several factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution (subject to eligibility requirements).
The salary for this role ranges from $77,472 to $116,208 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
