About the role

Under the supervision of the Administrative Director of Clinical Operations, the Manager of Clinical Operations has accountability and is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the hospital. Acts as an administrative officer of the facility and performs his/her job functions in a manner consistent with the Texas Board of Nursing and in accordance with the hospital’s goals, objectives, policies/procedures and mission.

Qualifications

  • (RN) Registered Nurse – TX or compact required
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
  • ACLS and BLS required

  • 2 years of clinical practice required
