For our client, we are seeking a Manager Clinical Operations to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will oversee the operational planning and execution of clinical trials, with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and strong cross-functional coordination. You will partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to support trial performance, improve processes, and help ensure high-quality outcomes across clinical operations. The position also requires hands-on leadership in a regulated environment, along with the ability to develop talent and influence results. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Lead operational planning and execution of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocols Engage cross-functional teams to enhance trial design and operational efficiency Monitor trial progress and performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a collaborative team culture Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for effective communication Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field Extensive experience managing clinical operations, with knowledge of regulatory requirements Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage teams effectively Minimum of 2 years in an Operations Manager or people leadership role Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in biosample management Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time Benefits Competitive base salary and performance-related incentives Health and wellbeing programs including medical, dental, and vision coverage Retirement and pension plans Life assurance and disability coverage Employee assistance programs and wellbeing resources Learning and development opportunities through structured training Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
