Manager of Analytics

About the role

As a Manager of Analytics, you will work on a variety of reporting projects for different healthcare organizations. You will gather reporting requirements, design and develop reports, conduct testing and validation, and provide post-implementation support. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of reporting projects.

This role is strongly customer-centric, focused on developing analytics and data products that address specific customer and business needs. You will translate data and analytics capabilities into practical, customer-focused solutions as part of the broader Data & AI organization, which operates across:

• Data in Transit: EDI, APIs, integrations
• Data at Rest: PACS and related data infrastructure
• Data Products: Analytics-focused products designed around consumer/customer needs

Responsibilities

• Partner with clinical, operational, financial, and executive stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into actionable analytics solutions
• Define and deliver analytics products based on customer problems, use cases, desired outcomes, adoption, and organizational value
• Prioritize analytics initiatives and competing stakeholder demands based on business impact and strategic value
• Translate between technical analytics teams and nontechnical business and healthcare stakeholders
• Focus on adoption, usability, and measurable value of analytics products, beyond the delivery of dashboards and reports

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data product management, including experience leading analytics initiatives or teams
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role within analytics, business intelligence, or data products
• Demonstrated experience partnering with diverse stakeholders to identify business needs and deliver analytics solutions
• Experience defining and delivering analytics products based on customer problems, use cases, and desired outcomes
• Strong experience translating between technical and nontechnical stakeholders
• Healthcare analytics experience strongly preferred, with an understanding of how clinical, operational, financial, and executive audiences use data
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), or similar professional certification preferred
