The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. I need to follow the rules carefully: 1. Use

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) 2. Use
  • for lists of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose 3. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading 4. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it 5. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail 6. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions 7. Include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text 8. Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them 9. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones 10. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences Let me analyze the job posting: - Job title: Manager of Adult and Community Programs (but I shouldn't repeat it as heading) - Metadata: Full-time, Salary, Exempt, Union; Work Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday; Supervisor: Senior Director of Community Dialogue & Adult Programs; Union Minimum Rate: $63,000/yr - About The Milwaukee Art Museum section - Position Summary section - Key Responsibilities section with sub-sections: Program Development, Execution and Evaluation; Project Management; Institutional Collaboration and Planning; Communication and Social Acumen - Requirements section with Education, Skills & Experience Required, Preferred, License or Certification Requirements - Physical Demands section - Disclaimer (boilerplate - remove) - DEAI Statement (boilerplate - remove) I need to structure this into appropriate sections. Let me think about the headings: 1. About the role / Position Summary - combine the museum description and position summary 2. Responsibilities - the key responsibilities with sub-sections 3. Requirements - education, skills, experience required 4. Preferred Qualifications - the preferred section 5. License/Certification Requirements 6. Physical Demands 7. Schedule - since it mentions work schedule details 8. Pay - since it mentions Union Minimum Rate: $63,000/yr I should include Pay and Schedule sections because the posting actually states them. Let me draft the HTML: First, a short paragraph for metadata: Full-time, Salary, Exempt, Union. Supervisor: Senior Director of Community Dialogue & Adult Programs. Work schedule: Tuesday through Saturday (with details about evenings, weekends, holidays). Then sections:

    About the Museum and Role

    - combine About The Milwaukee Art Museum and Position Summary

    Responsibilities

    - with sub-sections as nested lists or separate lists under subheadings? The rules say use

for section headings. I could use

for sub-sections but the rules only mention

    . I'll use

for main sections and maybe for sub-sections within lists, or just include them as list items with bold labels. Actually, looking at the rules: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". It doesn't forbid other heading levels, but says use

for section headings. I'll stick to

for main sections and use within list items for sub-categories. For responsibilities, I'll create a list where each major area is a list item with bold label and sub-items as nested list. Let me structure:

Full-time, Salary, Exempt, Union. Supervisor: Senior Director of Community Dialogue & Adult Programs. Work schedule: Tuesday through Saturday; evening work required during programming nights, with irregular hours and extended shifts including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays for programs.
