Responsibilities
- Hire and mentor a high-performing Account Management team to boost retention and expansion
- Manage forecasting and pipeline health, utilizing data tools effectively
- Coach team on deal qualification and troubleshoot pipeline issues efficiently
- Drive account expansion efforts across multiple departments with executive sponsorship
- Engage directly in customer conversations, providing strategic deal coaching
- Design and optimize processes and KPIs to enhance AM team performance
- Advocate for customer needs to align the company’s product roadmap accordingly
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to encourage upselling
Qualifications
- 2+ years leading Account Management or Sales teams, successfully hitting revenue goals
- Experience managing high-volume customer portfolios effectively
- Strong operational skills in pipeline diagnostics and account planning
- Familiarity with selling to procurement, finance, and legal sectors
- Experience within fast-growth SaaS environments, adapting quickly to changes
- Genuine passion for mentoring and developing early-career sellers
