• Clinical Leadership & Nursing Practice Excellence: Provide leadership in assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care to ensure high-quality, patient-centered outcomes aligned with professional standards and Munson Healthcare values.
• Quality, Safety & Outcomes Management: Lead continuous quality improvement efforts, promote a culture of safety, evaluate nursing care effectiveness, and use evidence-based practice, data, and nursing-sensitive indicators to improve patient outcomes.
• Operational & Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Direct patient care delivery, integrate policies, regulations, and clinical guidelines, and foster strong interdisciplinary collaboration to support coordinated, efficient care across populations served.
• Staff Leadership, Performance & Development: Recruit, orient, mentor, evaluate, and support nursing staff through shared governance, fair performance management, corrective action when needed, and ongoing professional growth and education.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
• BSN is required, MSN or MBA in a health-related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ambulatory/acute care setting.
• Demonstrated administrative and supervisory ability.
