Manager Nursing - Nephrology Surgical/ Dialysis
Reports to: Director of Nursing - Acute Care
Direct Reports: Assistant Nurse Manager and approximately 70 FTE
About the role
The Nurse Manager is accountable for the operational, clinical, quality, and financial performance of a 30-bed inpatient Nephrology, Urology, and Organ Transplant unit, as well as the Inpatient Hemodialysis Team. This leader provides strategic and day-to-day oversight of patient care delivery, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's Degree: BSN from an accredited school of nursing, or ADN and a commitment to obtain BSN within two years of date of hire.
- Washington Registered Nurse License (upon hire).
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (upon hire).
- 3 years recent experience in related clinical area of nursing.
- Must meet criteria of Registered Nurse.
Preferred
- Master's degree in nursing or related field.
- 1 year of first-line management experience.

Pay
Pay range: $68.01 - $107.35 per hour (base pay). Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Schedule
Full time, Day shift.
