Dialysis Nurse Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and managing assigned unit activities in the Dialysis Center to provide quality patient care.
• Supervising the development, implementation, and evaluation of dialysis patients while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Healthcare.
• Reviewing all patients receiving dialysis therapy and assessing clinical status throughout treatment.
• Aiding the dialysis team in the delivery of acute hemodialysis using established standards of care.
• Providing care that includes direct care and delegation/supervision of all nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing required.
• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of dialysis experience required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from a Vibra-approved vendor required.
• Previous clinical and leadership experience required.
• Must be able to accurately interpret color test strips.

• Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $46.00/hr to $69.56/hr.
