Dialysis Nurse Manager

Overview

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is recruiting for a Dialysis Nurse Manager position. This role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. The mission of DCI is to prioritize individualized care for patients facing chronic kidney disease. The successful candidate will manage dialysis facility operations and supervise nursing staff to ensure safe and efficient treatments.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients and staff and provide direct patient care when needed
• Ensure all hemodialysis treatments comply with DCI policies and procedures
• Develop and implement standards of care, providing patient care according to ESRD Network, regulatory agencies, DCI’s QAPI program, and individual clinic requirements
• Plan and provide training and assessments for patient care staff alongside the nurse educator
• Collaborate on patient care initiatives with the medical director, social worker, dietitian, charge nurses, technical managers, and staff nurses and equipment technicians
• Integrate unit activities related to patient care, staff education, research projects, and unit expansions with the clinic operations director and medical director
• Manage nursing, social work, dietitian, and technical staff supervision in accordance with DCI’s policies and procedures and applicable laws
• Work closely with the area operations director to identify operational efficiencies

Qualifications

• Accredited nursing degree required (BSN, AA, RN)
• Six months’ dialysis experience required, one year preferred
• One year clinical nursing experience required
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Current TN Registered Nurse license
