About the Role

Responsible for managing the delivery of nursing care to a designated patient population on a 24-hour basis, ensuring quality clinical outcomes and optimal resource utilization. Promotes a professional practice environment aligned with organizational goals, fostering coworker engagement, patient satisfaction, safety, and clinical excellence. Implements elements of the Nursing Strategic Plan within the department, adhering to mission, values, and service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; active pursuit of a Baccalaureate degree acceptable for internal transfer applicants.
• Current RN license or Temporary Permit in the practice state.
• At least three years of clinical experience demonstrating leadership, interpersonal skills, and management ability.
• Proficiency in computer use and data analysis from information systems.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

• BSN and Master's degree preferred.
• Specialty practice certification preferred.
