Manager, Multi Tenant Sales Representative

Seeking a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to guide a dedicated sales team to new heights. As Manager of Multi-Tenant Sales at Spectrum, you will oversee daily operations, drive sales performance and support team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Residential Multi-Tenant Sales department to consistently surpass sales goals and yield targets
• Supervise and develop all Multi-Tenant Sales staff and service partners, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training
• Maintain and monitor payroll processes and verify accurate commission calculations for team members
• Communicate current market offers to sales staff, ensuring compliance and optimal use of strategies
• Manage and assign leads, overseeing territory distribution and performance for all Multi-Tenant personnel
• Address employee relations, providing coaching, performance appraisals and safety training to foster professional growth
• Support sales operations with approximately 80 percent office work and 20 percent field work, adapting to business needs

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience
• Experience: 2+ years of sales experience, 2+ years of sales management experience

Qualifications

• Skills: Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, ability to manage and motivate others to achieve targets, ability to use personal computer and software applications such as word processing and spreadsheets, vision abilities including close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus, valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record and auto insurance
• Preferred Qualifications: Telecommunications and cable industry experience, knowledge of Spectrum products and services SMD520
