Manager MRI
Summary
The MRI Manager is a healthcare professional responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the MRI department, the 3D lab, and the Imaging scheduling department. This role ensures that MRI services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards. The MRI Manager performs all duties necessary to work in areas of responsibility with decision-making ability to make independent judgments. The MRI Manager assures appropriate patient care management and adjusts daily operations to meet the needs of a changing working environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the MRI department, the 3D lab, and the Imaging scheduling department.
- Ensure that MRI services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Perform all duties necessary to work in areas of responsibility with decision-making ability to make independent judgments.
- Assure appropriate patient care management and adjust daily operations to meet the needs of a changing working environment.

Requirements
- Essential: Associate degree in Radiology
- Nonessential: Bachelor’s degree in Radiology or other health-related field preferred
- Essential: 5 years’ work experience in MRI; 1 year of supervisory or management experience
- Credentials Essential: Registered Radiology Technologist & MRI Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
- Non-Essential: ARRT registered in another imaging modality
Qualifications
- Education Essential: Associate degree in Radiology
- Nonessential: Bachelor’s degree in Radiology or other health-related field preferred
- Experience Essential: 5 years’ work experience in MRI; 1 year of supervisory or management experience
- Credentials Essential: Registered Radiology Technologist & MRI Technologist
- Education with Equivalent Qualifications: Associates Degree in Radiology Technology
- Nonessential: Bachelors of Science or Arts in Radiology Technology
- Experience with Equivalent Qualifications: 5 Years job experience as Staff Level with specialization in the field of Imaging Diagnostic MRI

Pay
Salary Position, M-F, 8:30 am to 5 pm, Day Shift, Monday-Friday Standard Days
