Manager - Mortgage Origination

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Determines solutions for complex issues presented by Mortgage Loan Officers
• Coincides, develops and manages all origination activities, processes, policies and procedures to support department objectives
• Manages daily production and quality expectations to achieve monthly business goals and quality service levels
• Participates in the deployment of new lending products and processes
• Ledges change
• Responsible for coaching and motivating the origination staff to achieve set production goals
• Proactively develops and maintains good relationships with other TDECU lines of business and external referral sources such as Realtors and Builders
• Responsible for working with the Mortgage Fulfillment Team to ensure service level times are meet on origination, processing, and closing

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Experience: Minimum 3 years Leadership management experience. Five years of mortgage lending, real estate, retail sales or related experience
