Manager, Media Quality

About the Role

The Manager, Media Quality has experience managing a team of direct reports, conducting performance evaluations and goal setting. As a senior contributor, you will architect and implement advanced automation and analytics solutions, reporting directly to the SVP, Media Quality. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to build modular AI agents, data visualizations, tools, and process efficiencies, guiding multiple projects from conception to completion. This role supports Epsilon’s commitment to innovation and excellence in media quality, mitigating ad fraud, and ensuring client brand safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of direct reports
• Design and deploy automation systems for fraud detection, brand safety, and media curation
• Build reusable tools and frameworks for internal teams and client-facing platforms
• Integrate LLM agents with internal APIs, JIRA, and monitoring systems
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to deliver scalable solutions
• Contribute to prompt engineering and Copilot workflows across teams
• Lead internal investigations and guide team members through data analysis and insights
• Ensure coordination among team members and cross-teams to keep projects on track

Requirements

• Prior experience as a people manager with direct reports
• 5+ years in senior technical roles within digital media, ad tech, or data engineering
• Expertise in coding languages including Python, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, etc.
• Expertise in prompt engineering (AWS, Copilot, Amazon Bedrock, and AI/ML frameworks)
• Experience building automation systems and integrating with enterprise tools
• Understanding of digital media ecosystem technologies (VAST/VPAID, MRAID, OMID, CTV, SSAI)
• Experience in publisher or technical integration engineering, including transparency standards (OpenRTB guidelines, ads.txt, app-ads.txt, ads.cert., sellers.json, etc.)
• Experience troubleshooting and investigating creative and ad-tag issues

Pay

Compensation Range: USD $89,300.00 - USD $165,800.00/Annually. This range reflects the pay the Company believes it will offer for this position at the time of posting. Compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience, along with the requirements of the position.
