Manager, Media Quality

About the role
The Manager, Media Quality will serve as a senior contributor responsible for architecting and implementing advanced automation and analytics solutions. Reporting directly to the SVP, Media Quality, you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to build modular AI agents, data visualizations, tools, and process efficiencies. This role supports Epsilon’s commitment to innovation and excellence in media quality, mitigating ad fraud, and ensuring client brand safety.
Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of direct reports
- Design and deploy automation systems for fraud detection, brand safety, and media curation
- Build reusable tools and frameworks for internal teams and client-facing platforms
- Integrate LLM agents with internal APIs, JIRA, and monitoring systems
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to deliver scalable solutions
- Contribute to prompt engineering and Copilot workflows across teams
- Lead internal investigations and guide team members through data analysis and insights
- Coordinate multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring proper communication and documentation
Requirements
- Prior experience as a people manager with direct reports
- 5+ years in senior technical roles within digital media, ad tech, or data engineering
- Expertise in coding languages including Python, SQL, JavaScript, HTML
- Expertise in prompt engineering (AWS, Copilot, Amazon Bedrock, and AI/ML frameworks)
- Experience building automation systems and integrating with enterprise tools
- Understanding of digital media ecosystem technologies (VAST/VPAID, MRAID, OMID, CTV, SSAI)
- Experience in publisher or technical integration engineering, including transparency standards (OpenRTB guidelines, ads.txt, app-ads.txt, ads.cert, sellers.json)
- Experience troubleshooting and investigating creative and ad-tag issues

USD $89,300.00 - USD $165,800.00/Annually
