Manager, Materials & Aging Management

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of engineers, including performance management, career development, and hiring
  • Oversee work planning, prioritization, and resource management across inspection support and a variety of aging management projects
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of engineering work products according to internal quality processes and industry standards
  • Provide management level technical oversight for RVI inspection support, bolting analyses, aging management programs, and long-term asset management activities
  • Be the primary management interface with industry organizations (e.g., EPRI MRP, PWROG) and company partners
  • Promote continuous improvement, collaboration, and a safety and quality culture
  • Clock emergent response to customer issues for responsibilities
  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Materials, Nuclear Engineering, or related discipline
    • We typically prefer 10 years of progressively responsible engineering and/or leadership experience
    • 5+ years of experience in nuclear plant engineering or long-term operation programs
    • Experience as a people manager or team lead, with responsibility for performance management and staff development
    • Excellent team building skills with the ability to engage with all kinds of team members

        Pay

        The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon qualifications, is $130,400 to $163,000 per year.

        This role offers a hybrid schedule.
