About the role

The Manager – Marketing Risk Management Centralized S24 supports the Marketing enterprise by ensuring their communications with the public comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the Marketing enterprise in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards for communications with the public.
  • Works with the Centralized S24 Team, Marketing partners, Product, Compliance, Legal, and other business unit subject matter experts across the company.
  • Collaborates with various groups with potentially disparate objectives to balance rules and regulations around reviews against business growth and communication objectives.
  • Maintains trust and respect through a highly collaborative working style, effectively establishing trust and respect.
  • Prioritizes and delivers on multiple assignments, prioritizing projects & deliverables, meeting tight deadlines, and being decisive under pressure.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively, demonstrating ability to articulate risks and testing results to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Manages and interprets regulatory guidance, assessing risks and providing creative solutions to remove barriers.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent professional licensing (Series 7/24 required)
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience supporting communication or advertising reviews, risk management, and S24 responsibilities
  • Understanding of regulatory submission and review processes
  • Ability to make sound, timely, and risk-based decisions
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of disclosures, regulatory expectations, interpreting regulatory guidance, and assessing risk

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication demonstrating ability to effectively communicate/clearly articulate risks and testing results to leadership and key stakeholders
  • Highly collaborative working style effectively establishing trust and respect

  • Strong emotional intelligence/maturity
