About the role

The Manager – Marketing Risk Management Centralized S24 supports the Marketing enterprise, ensuring their communications with the public comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the Marketing enterprise in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards for communications with the public.
  • Works with the Centralized S24 Team, Marketing partners, Product, Compliance, Legal, and other business unit subject matter experts across the company.
  • Ensures that marketing communications align with Schwab's product offerings, unique risks, and regulatory expectations.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent professional licensing (Series 7/24 required)
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience supporting communication or advertising reviews, risk management, and S24 responsibilities
  • Understanding of regulatory submission and review processes
  • Ability to make sound, timely, and risk-based decisions
  • Experience balancing regulatory expectations and business growth
  • Collaborative working style, establishing trust and respect
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Prioritizing and delivering on multiple assignments, managing projects, and meeting deadlines
  • Exceptional client focus and ability to cultivate strong relationships
  • Emotional intelligence/maturity
