PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the development and execution of marketing plans for legacy brands, aligned to overall business objectives
- Translate brand strategy into tactical marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and utilization
- Aid in managing brand messaging, positioning, and promotional activities across channels
- Partner closely with the Inside Sales team to develop tools, messaging, and campaigns that support customer engagement and sales effectiveness
- Ensure Inside Sales is equipped with clear, compelling, and compliant materials to promote products
- Gather feedback from Inside Sales to continuously refine messaging and resources
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing to execute campaigns across relevant channels (e.g., email, digital platforms, CRM tools)
- Support the development of targeted campaigns to reach key customer segments
- Leverage digital tools and insights to enhance campaign performance and engagement
- Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory/Legal, and Commercial Operations to ensure aligned and compliant execution
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support product initiatives and business priorities
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed
- Monitor brand performance and campaign effectiveness to identify opportunities for optimization
- Analyze data and insights to inform marketing decisions and improve outcomes
- Support reporting and tracking of key marketing metrics
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing fundamentals and brand management principles
- Ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable marketing tactics
- Experience supporting sales teams with marketing tools and campaigns preferred
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
- Comfort working with digital tools, data, and campaign analytics
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or related commercial roles
- Experience supporting mature or legacy brands preferred
- Experience working with inside sales or field sales teams preferred
