Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and growth opportunities.
- Analyze competitors' products, pricing, promotional activities, and market positioning.
- Prepare market intelligence reports and present findings to management.
- Monitor industry developments and recommend strategic actions.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.
- Design and execute promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Cook up product launch and market expansion initiatives.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop effective customer acquisition strategies.
- Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and business partners.
- Affirm brand positioning across all marketing channels.
- Manage advertising, promotional activities, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Cook up participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and corporate events.
- Prepare periodic marketing performance reports.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Monitor marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years
- Education: bachelor of business administration in marketing
- Skills: market research & analysis, marketing management, brand management & development, sales and marketing alignment
