What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage logistics, inventory quality, scheduling, registration paperwork, customer experience, employee experience, community outreach, and both mentoring and training programs
- Work autonomously with good decision-making skills
- Maintain direct link to leadership at Carvana’s home office in Phoenix
- Take on additional duties as assigned
What You Should Have
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited undergraduate institution
- At least five years of relevant experience in team leadership roles managing multiple employees
- Experience handling logistics
- Ability to operate in ambiguity with grace
- An appreciation for differences of opinion
- The savvy to manage employee and customer experience, even when messy, and thrive by making interactions rewarding for all involved
- Skills to examine processes and develop creative solutions
- Comfort with change and the ability to roll up your sleeves, take on new assignments, and juggle many things at once

Physical & Other Requirements
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods of time (8+ hours)
- Requires high and low levels of movement with the ability to reach with arms, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and squat
- Requires grasping, carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling of items up to 50 lbs
- Frequent driving requires excellent visual activity and manual dexterity
- Requires work in outdoor weather conditions
- Must be able to stay in stationary positions for extended periods of time (when driving) up to 3 hours at a time
- Frequently communicates with customers and must be able to exchange accurate information
