Manager - Luxury Services

About the role

The primary responsibility of the Manager – Premium Services is to manage the day to day operations of Paiza Club lounge, Butler areas, and administrative operations of the Luxury Services – Butler and Paiza department. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and The Venetian Resort’s policies, practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, approve, and post schedules for the department.
• Update and post weekly shift floor plan and ensure fairness in area rotation for the Butlers.
