About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Manager Learning Management System (LMS) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a life sciences environment.
Location: Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $110,400 – $150,400 annually
Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for LMS systems, including upgrades and configuration changes
- Manage system setup, user access, security, and workflows for efficiency
- Create comprehensive reports and data extracts for business users
- Gather and assess training requirements to configure the LMS accordingly
- Develop and maintain training materials and documentation for LMS users and administration
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and enhance system functionality
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and advocate for system enhancements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with enterprise LMS applications in a training or learning and development context
- Familiarity with HRIS (preferably Workday), Sumtotal, and ComplianceWire LMS
- Experience troubleshooting and collaborating with vendors on escalated issues
- Ability to work with a global user base across various time zones
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Outstanding process improvement and multitasking skills
