About the role
Reporting to Senior Manager, GTD Operations and Technology, the candidate will support and administer GTD enterprise-wide learning platforms, including the learning management system (LMS) and BeOne University.
Responsibilities
- Support and administer LMS systems, implementations, upgrades, and configuration changes.
- Oversee system setup, user access, security, and system workflows to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Build reports, queries, and data extracts as requested by key business users.
- Gather and assess requirements from all key stakeholders as it pertains to enterprise training needs and configure LMS to meet the requirements.
- Build and maintain items in the LMS such as training items, curricula, user groups, quizzes, and assignments for GTD.
- Understand business processes to troubleshoot problems and anomalies to provide compliant and practical solutions to meet user needs in enterprise-wide systems.
- Take ownership of issues and collaborate with GTD and LMS vendor to drive issues to full resolution for stakeholders and customers.
- Lead development and documentation processes to improve efficiency for systems administration.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership on project status, risks, and progress.
- Provide input on the impact to Training Operation with the release of updates and new features.
- Understand the function of related enterprise applications such as an HRIS and EDMS and the impact to the LMS.
- Design and deliver training and support materials for LMS users, administrators, and internal teams, driving adoption and adherence to best practices.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and advocate for new features and functionality to enhance the user experience.
- Execute project tasks to ensure tasks and/or work streams within a project is completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure the LMS meets regulatory and organizational compliance requirements, including data protection and accessibility standards.
- Stay current on LMS industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, sharing insights with the broader organization.
- Provide business support during upgrades.
Requirements
- 3+ years direct experience working with enterprise LMS applications and/or systems management in a TD or L&D environment.
- Experience with HRIS (prefer Workday), Sumtotal, and ComplianceWire LMS.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting, working with vendors on escalated issues.
- Excellent analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong process improvement skills and orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, exercise sound judgement and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or related field/experiences.
- Travel 5% or as needed.

- Salary Range: $110,400.00 - $150,400.00 annually.
