Responsibilities
- Lead vendor management staff to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
- Collaborate with IT leads to define evolving service needs and improve capabilities
- Monitor service level metrics and manage corrective actions as necessary
- Analyze vendor performance data to identify gaps and propose solutions
- Oversee processes for handling high severity issues and escalate as needed
- Ensure governance procedures are followed regarding data access and security
- Conduct quality reviews of vendor work and lead formal vendor audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 8+ years of experience in related field
- In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field
- Experience managing technology vendors, including services, software, and hardware
- Experience leading and developing teams of vendor management professionals
