Manager, IT Vendor Management

Responsibilities

• Lead vendor management staff to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
• Collaborate with IT leads to define evolving service needs and improve capabilities
• Monitor service level metrics and manage corrective actions as necessary
• Analyze vendor performance data to identify gaps and propose solutions
• Oversee processes for handling high severity issues and escalate as needed
• Ensure governance procedures are followed regarding data access and security
• Conduct quality reviews of vendor work and lead formal vendor audits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 8+ years of experience in related field
• In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field
• Experience managing technology vendors, including services, software, and hardware
• Experience leading and developing teams of vendor management professionals
