Manager - IT Applications

About the role

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of IT applications team
• Prioritize a diverse volume of stakeholder work requests
• Conduct root cause analysis and lead systems implementation
• Monitor enterprise systems performance and intervene as necessary
• Assist in budget development and resource management
• Lead and mentor staff to ensure skill and training development
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field required
• Preferred: Master's degree in relevant fields
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
• 5 years of healthcare, consulting, or IT experience with enterprise applications
• Preferred: 3+ years of additional leadership or supervisory experience
• Preferred: 8 years of advanced healthcare IT experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
