Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a highly skilled Intelligence Manager with extensive experience in private sector intelligence, travel risk management, and technology platforms. The ideal candidate will also have experience in protocol development and implementation. This role involves embedding within a multinational organization on a half-time basis, providing expert intelligence, travel security, and crisis management support.
Location and Compensation
- Location: Annapolis, MD; Hybrid working
- Salary range: $88,000 - $95,000 discretionary on tenure
What You Will Work On
The Intelligence Manager will be embedded within a multinational organization, offering expert intelligence, travel security, and crisis management support. Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the designated point of contact for support, advice, and subject matter expertise regarding clients' intelligence, travel security, and crisis management requirements.
- Identify client-related issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders to implement solutions.
- Research, assess, and support the production of written intelligence products that meet client requirements and EIS analytic standards.
- Produce written and oral assessments that are succinct and include beneficial analysis.
- Lead daily intelligence products for wide distribution, ensuring the reporting is timely, accurate, actionable, and in accordance with reporting criteria.
- Suggest potential improvements to clients' intelligence and integrated risk management programs and facilitate their implementation.
- Manage client expectations by understanding the EIS team and Crisis24's product offerings and services.
- Track and report metrics around production and deliverables.
Additional Responsibilities
The Intelligence Manager may also oversee other intelligence analysts and programs, manage analytical production, and implement new embedded intelligence programs. They will also liaise with clients, provide consultative recommendations, and engage in cross-project analysis.
What You Will Bring
- Five years of experience in intelligence analysis, travel security, or a related field.
- Strong familiarity with Crisis24 (or similar) Intelligence and Integrated Risk Management platforms.
- Customer service experience in a client-facing role.
- Effective problem-solving, time management, and people management skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A self-motivated, highly flexible, and initiative-driven personality.
