Manager Duties

• Takes all orders
• Answers phone
• Puts Customer Service first
• Runs an efficient operation via appropriate cost controls and profit management
• Manages labor, orders food and supplies, and develops the restaurant team
• Ensures local health and safety codes are met
• Controls profit and loss by maintaining inventory and reviewing financial reports
• Affords assistance with recruiting and training an exceptional staff; trains and motivates staff
• Ensures the execution of marketing programs

Requirements

• Delivery operation experience
• Food Service Manager's License
• Prior food service experience
• Prior supervisory experience and strong leadership qualities
• The ability to learn and perform every function well
• Solid communication and organization skills
• Problem solving abilities
• A steady work history
• A take-charge individual
• Aggressive
