Manager, Integrity Programs
This role leads a focused team of professionals working on integrity management and maintenance programs, including developing documents, risk assessment programs, data management systems, and utilizing fitness-for-service results. The position serves clients across sectors such as Energy, Mining, Power Utility, Municipal Infrastructure, and Military. The Manager ensures quality work, technical excellence, and optimal team utilization while acting as a Project Manager or Technical Advisor on selected projects. The role also supports business development for team growth and pursues new integrity-related opportunities.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Manager – Integrity Management Programs (IMP) fall into three categories:
- Technical
- Provide leadership to integrity management programs
- Offer technical oversight of risk programs and tools
- Oversee fitness-for-service assessments
- Lead staff in developing innovative risk and integrity assessment methods
- Drive development of data management systems
- Apply technical expertise to add value to integrity and engineering design projects
- Interpret and manage integrity data
- Strengthen technical knowledge through industry collaboration
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards; recommend best practices
- Administrative/Project Management
- Review and approve project deliverables; coach staff on preparation and approval procedures
- Implement project management and controls processes for integrity projects
- Develop man-hour estimates and monitor team progress against budgets
- Coordinate with other disciplines to meet deliverables
- Monitor and achieve project milestones
- Facilitate project team communication
- Implement quality plans and divisional procedures
- Lead annual employee reviews and career development planning
- Liaise with other Integrity Division and Stantec teams
- Ensure compliance with Stantec’s EH&S program, emphasizing field safety
- Business Development
- Develop growth opportunities in integrity-related areas
- Establish, develop, and maintain client relationships
- Support divisional marketing efforts and overall growth of the Integrity Division
- Build internal business relationships with Stantec peers
- Assist in preparing integrity proposals
- Identify, develop, package, market, and sell potential new services
Requirements

Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software tools
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated initiative, leadership, and self-motivation
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and schedules
- Minimum B.Sc. in an applicable Engineering discipline (preferred)
- 10–12 years of work experience related to integrity within the energy industry
- Experience with USA and Canadian standards, practices, and applicable legislation

In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Final compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. Certain roles are bonus-eligible. Part-time compensation is pro-rated based on agreed working hours.
