Manager, Compliance (Program Integrity)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our team at WelbeHealth. This role will be responsible for inspiring and enabling our teams to push the limits of healthcare and well-being experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new healthcare and well-being products for seniors
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare and well-being
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into product features
• Contribute to the creation of compelling marketing materials to promote our products
• Support the launch and ongoing success of our products through post-launch activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare product development or related field
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
