Job Description
MUSC Health Integration Management Office (IMO) is a multifaceted team dedicated to organizational success through system alignment, integration management, and advanced project management. We collaborate with leaders and teams across MUSC Health to plan and execute strategic and operational initiatives, focusing on acquisitions and governance processes.
About the Role
This role is critical in driving the successful integration of acquired entities and system-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with MUSC Health’s strategic priorities and operational excellence. The Manager, Integration Management Office will oversee major acquisitions, partnerships, and integration efforts, working closely with executive leadership, business units, and functional areas to ensure smooth transitions, process optimization, and achievement of organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of major acquisitions, partnerships, and integration efforts across the health system
- Work closely with executive leadership, business units, and functional areas to ensure smooth transitions, process optimization, and achievement of organizational goals
- Identify and implement best practices in acquisition and integration
- Develop an internal Center of Excellence to support leaders in optimizing outcomes for strategic transactions
- Manage a team to successfully integrate governance processes, align strategic priorities, and drive system-wide alignment
- Ensure key decisions are effectively captured and documented across executive committees
- Partner with stakeholders to drive accountability, ensuring continuity throughout established governance processes
- Ensure adherence to established governance and reporting structure to maintain consistency and transparency in decision-making and execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 8-10 years of relevant work experience

Pay
The pay rate for this position is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Schedule
The employee works a standard full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
