JustinBradley’s client, a payment processing company, is seeking a Manager, Business Integration. The Business Integration team is responsible for supporting the successful execution of strategic business initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions and divestitures. As a Manager, Business Integration, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing integration activities across multiple functional areas to enable seamless business transitions and operational readiness. This position partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify integration requirements, assess operational impacts, manage risks and dependencies, and support the implementation of target-state processes, systems, and organizational structures. The role serves as a critical link between operational teams and project teams to ensure integration activities are executed efficiently, and business objectives are achieved. Hybrid to O’Fallon, MO. Responsibilities Support end-to-end integration planning and execution for acquisitions, divestitures, and transformation initiatives. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependency trackers, and implementation schedules. Coordinate activities across Global Business Services (GBS), Finance, Technology, and other functional teams. Monitor project progress and escalate key risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies when appropriate. Assess current-state and target-state business processes to identify operational gaps, overlaps, and improvement opportunities. Support process harmonization, standardization, and operating model transitions. Partner with business leaders and functional stakeholders to drive alignment across integration workstreams. Facilitate workshops, governance meetings, and stakeholder discussions while documenting key decisions and action items. Maintain integration risk and issue logs and support development of mitigation and contingency plans. Assess system integration requirements and coordinate data migration, process transitions, and system cutover activities. Partner with systems teams to support ERP, financial systems, reporting, master data, and operational integrations. Support testing, operational readiness activities, and post-integration stabilization efforts. Develop executive-ready presentations, dashboards, reports, and governance materials for senior leadership. Track integration milestones, performance metrics, and project deliverables. Support change management initiatives, stakeholder communications, training activities, and business continuity efforts throughout transitions. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Experience supporting business integration, project management, corporate development, management consulting, transformation, M&A, or business operations initiatives. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities. Experience coordinating complex cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to develop executive-level presentations and analyses. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. Knowledge of finance, accounting, procurement, operational processes, or shared services environments. Familiarity with ERP platforms and enterprise systems such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, and Workday. Experience supporting data migration, system implementations, or business process transformation initiatives. Understanding of project management methodologies, governance processes, and risk management practices. Professional certifications such as PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or related credentials are a plus.
