Responsibilities
- Assist with the development and execution of the TV/Audio marketing strategy for Samsung’s TV/Audio lineup.
- Support integrated marketing programs to drive strategic product launches and brand-building initiatives that enhance brand desire and preference.
- Manage key products/campaigns from strategic/creative brief through to execution.
- Translate product launches, seasonal priorities (Key Commercial Moments), and business objectives into full-funnel marketing plans.
- Support the development of integrated campaign strategies spanning paid media, social/influencer, digital, partnerships, CRM, shopper marketing, and creative—ensuring consistent messaging and brand experience across all consumer touchpoints.
- Develop a deep understanding of products, market opportunities, brand objectives, and financial goals, and establish processes for collecting consumer insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Assist in reviewing marketing goals and KPIs aligned with business objectives and secure alignment from stakeholders, including Executive Management, Product Marketing, and Samsung HQ.
- Drive the creative development of consumer marketing campaigns and deliver integrated marketing briefs for communications across TV, digital, social, and earned channels.
- Partner with the consumer insights team to test positioning and creative concepts through final execution.
- Deliver insights, make recommendations, and execute changes across integrated marketing campaigns.
- Prepare decks and documents to ensure alignment among internal stakeholders, including executive management, product marketing, and global HQ.
- Collaborate with brand design and legal teams to ensure all assets are approved.
- Localize assets from global HQ for use in campaigns, digital, social, and experiential marketing.
- Develop executive-ready campaign recaps and business performance reports.
- Consolidate channel campaign performance across media, retail, PR/social, CRM, and Samsung.com, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support leadership presentations and executive updates.
- Perform day-to-day management of budgets and own the financial approval process.
- Create and submit project proposals into the Samsung procurement bid management system (BQMS).
- Manage marketing assets, ensuring availability for internal teams, agencies, and retailers.
- Review marketing assets with key departments like legal and brand design teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years in consumer marketing, integrated marketing, brand strategy, or GTM planning, preferably in consumer-packaged goods or electronics industry.
- Demonstrated strategic planning skills.
- Experience developing and managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Experience collaborating with agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional PowerPoint skills; proficient in all other MS Office products.
- Strong Excel skills, including data analysis and dashboard creation.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.
