Manager, Insights & Solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and deploy research, analytics, and scalable resources
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, leadership, and external leaders
• Partner with stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and recommend scalable analytical or reporting solutions
• Comfortable utilizing AI-enabled tools to accelerate research, organize information, enhance analytical outputs, and support the development of scalable resources and deliverables
• Demonstrated financial and analytical acumen, including the ability to develop practical financial models, feasibility tools, and analytical resources that can be deployed broadly across consulting and training initiatives

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate brings a combination of analytical expertise, structured problem-solving, and experience developing scalable tools and insights
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 3–5+ years of experience in analytics, research, consulting, or project-based roles
• Experience developing reporting frameworks to support business decision-making, simple analytical models, and surveys
• Strong proficiency in Excel and analytical tools, including experience building models, dashboards, or structured outputs
• Experience with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics), including survey design, deployment, and reporting, preferred
• Ability to work with stakeholders to define objectives, prioritize needs, and align outputs with broader business goals
• Familiarity with healthcare, medical practice operations, medical aesthetics, or consulting environments is a plus
